  I will not recommend this place. The management at these townhomes is disrespectful and dishonest. I had asked her not to enter my unit for a certain period of time and she responded saying that she is going to enter regardless. She will not work with you like she said that she would. She doesn’t think that she need your permission to enter your resident. When we moved into the unit we where giving a different and simple checklist from when we are leaving. It stated that management have a very high standard for you to leave the place in. but that wasn’t the standard when we first moved in. They want us to sweep the utility room and wipe the furnace, clean under and behind the dryer and washer, etc..but these areas were not cleaned when we moved in. Unfortunately I’m not giving the option to post a picture of the long and ridiculous checklist on here. They will give you any excuses to keep your deposit. I’ve rented before and I was always giving the same checklist when I moved in and out, but that’s not the case here. When we moved into the community, we were told we can only park in our garage or in front of our garage. but I saw a white volks golf and other cars parked in the guest area all year round.
